Quando eu vou encurtar URLs, uso o u.nu. Ele é o menor encurtador de URLs da atualidade, até porque o domínio tem apenas 4 caracteres (+ o http://)... Mas quase ninguém usar esse encurtador, e eu suponho que seja simplesmente porque pouca gente sabe que ele existe. =)
É leve, simples e não tem nenhuma propaganda maldita intermediando o seu redirecionamento.
